What we actually do.
We manage the physical lifecycle of your IT assets — receiving, storing, dispatching, recovering, coordinating break-fix with OEMs, and disposing of end-of-life equipment. We don't touch your endpoints, your network, or your cloud. We handle the physical layer so your IT team can focus on technology.
Our warehouse facility in Maharashtra provides secure custody, bi-weekly inventory reconciliation, and structured operational reporting — giving you visibility and accountability over every asset in the chain.
Scope of Work

Asset Receipt, Verification & Warehousing
Every incoming IT asset is received at our warehouse facility, physically verified for quantity and condition, classified, registered, and securely stored under controlled inventory management.
Inventory Administration & Reconciliation
We maintain accurate warehouse inventory records with bi-weekly physical reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
Employee Onboarding & Asset Dispatch
Upon authorized onboarding request, we coordinate the physical allocation, packaging, and dispatch of IT assets from the warehouse to the end user.
Employee Offboarding & Asset Recovery
We coordinate the physical recovery and return logistics of assigned IT equipment when employees leave, with verification and secure storage pending further instructions.
Break-Fix Logistics & OEM Coordination
For defective or failed devices under OEM warranty, we handle the complete logistics chain — pickup from end user, replacement dispatch, OEM shipment, and return coordination.
Asset Retirement & Disposal
End-of-life assets are processed for secure retirement and compliant disposal, including e-waste coordination and disposal certification where required.
Asset Movement & Operational Records
Complete operational records for every asset — receipt, dispatch, recovery, break-fix movement, OEM status, and disposal — maintaining full custody visibility throughout the lifecycle.
Reporting & Governance
Structured operational reporting covering inventory summaries, reconciliation reports, asset movement logs, and service performance — with periodic operational reviews.
